Bohners Lake Management Committee

The Bohners Lake Management Committee (BLMC) was formed as a subcommittee of the Sanitary District to manage the water quality of Bohners Lake. It is the mission of the BLMC to manage the upkeep and maintenance of Bohners Lake in an effort to return the lake waters to a clean, eco-balanced lake. Some of the projects that have been implemented and monitored by the BLMC are: annual weed control via weed cuttings and weed spraying, managing the quality of the water inflow, dredging of the inlet, and aquatic plant management program in the inlet area, just to name a few. All of these projects have been instrumental in the overall improvement of the water quality at Bohners Lake. The BLMC also publishes an annual newsletter with current projects and data important to the homeowners within the Sanitary District.
